We craft a wide variety of chocolate confections including both molded and dipped chocolates, caramels, truffles, barks, and more. Our flavor varieties vary from unique options like our signature Banana Saffron Caramel to traditional varieties like our Cherry Cordial. Each season, we work to develop new tastes - often partnering with other craft food artisans and farms to support our local economy here in the Hudson River Valley. Our philosophy is to buy local first, then organic, and finally the finest ingredients possible.
For those with a vegan diet or a need to be entirely dairy free, we offer a full vegan line of chocolate produced on dedicated equipment. Products range from some of the most delightful handmade truffles you’ll ever enjoy to chocolate bars and seasonal figurines.
Our chocolate is sourced through Switzerland and uses noble grade cacao beans, Criollo and Trinitario, which are sourced from Venezuela, Madagascar, Ecuador, Indonesia, Bolivia, the Dominican Republic, and Ghana. The ingredients are of the highest quality, with pure cacao butter, swiss dairy, Madagascar vanilla, and entirely GMO free. Our certified organic dark chocolate contains 74% cacao, our certified organic vegan dark chocolate contains 74% cacao, our Swiss milk chocolate contains 49% cacao, and our Swiss white chocolate contains 36% cacao.

All of our chocolate is currently produced in a shared commercial kitchen with other common allergens such as dairy, gluten, eggs, peanuts, shellfish, and soy.
The equipment used to make our milk and dark chocolates is used to process confections containing dairy, peanuts, and soy lecithin.
We use separate equipment for our vegan chocolates to ensure they are not cross contaminated with milk or other animal products.
